Holiday Design Consultation:
Our holiday design (decorating) services include a holiday consultation;
During this consultation we will discuss how you vision your home or business being decorated.
If you have no idea we will provide suggestions for you.
We will then purchase the decor to fulfill your vision; This decor will be yours to keep and reuse for years to come. Meaning your holiday decor will not be a rental.
If you already have decor you love and what to use
we can style it, set it up, and take it down for you!
Design plans will be created to sketch your holiday.
This service is designed for clients who wish to leave the decorating, set up & take down up to us.
Our styling services do not include cleaning services.
During the consultation, we will do our best to provide an estimate as to how long it will take us to design (decorate) your home and/or business.
Holiday Design (Decorating) Fee:
Our holiday design (decorating) services are priced per employee & per hour.
Our hourly rate is $50.00 per employee, with a minimum of one employee for two hours per booking.
Plus cost of decorations which is paid by client.
If AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC eccedes the approximated time, the time exceeded by will be billed to client 24 hours later. The overtime will be billed at $50.00 per hour; AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC does not have a separate hourly rate amount for overtime.
Travel fee applies.
The travel fee is calculated per mile, to and from, our location (Surprise, AZ 85379) and the event location.
Our seasonal holiday design services include a complementary holiday consultation & design plans.
Our holiday consultation is complementary as long as you book with us (minimum booking $100.00).
If you decided not to book with us after our holiday consultation, there will be a $100.00 consultation fee due within 24 hours of the date of consultation.
Design Plan(s) a/k/a Sketches:
Please note digital design plan(s) mockup "sketches" and vision board "mood board" are created to depict a somewhat realistic visual of your holiday decor.
In some cases, rather than providing the client with digital design mockups, we will provide the client with photographs of the actual intended design plan including showcasing the actual items to be included in lieu of a digital design plan mockup.
Please allow us approximately 3 to 5 business days to complete any design plan(s) after our holiday consultation.
Design Plan Modifications:
Fees set by AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC are not absolute; and may be subject to change depending on the availability and cost of materials.
Client may NOT make changes and/or modification after items and/or materials for the client's event have been purchased and/or once the client has booked and signed our contract.
If changes need to be made there may be restocking fees which may apply to the order.
