This service is designed for clients who wish to have us do everything; While they just worry about showing up and enjoying the day of!
Event Consultation:
Our event planning service includes an event consultation;
During this consultation we will talk about the scope of your event, your event wants & needs.
Event Planning Fee:
Our event planning packages are CUSTOMIZED just for you!
As such pricing varies;

Our event planning packages start at $1,000.00;
If you prefer to hire us per hour our hourly rate is $100.00 per hour per planner.
Minimum hours per booking is two hours.
These rates are for our planning services only and do not include the cost of your event.

Travel Fee:
Travel fee applies.
The travel fee is calculated per mile, to and from, our location (Surprise, AZ 85379) and the event location.
Our involvement can be as little or as much as you want!
This service is designed for clients who wish to do the bulk of the event planning themselves, to include hiring their own vendors; However, they want and need someone (coordinator) to coordinate the event & vendors on the day of.
Our coordinating services may also include event set up and take down services, timeline curation, and other services (separate cost); as needed.
Event Consultation:
Our coordinating service includes an event consultation;
During this consultation we will talk about the scope of coordination you desire.
Event Coordinating Fee:
AOS Event Design and Rentals LLC's event coordinating services are priced per employee & per hour.
The hourly rate is $60.00 per employee, with a minimum of one employee for two hours per booking.
During the event consultation, AOS Event Design and Rentals LLC will do it's best to provide the client with an estimate on how many hours it will approximately take to coordinate the event.
If AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC exceeds the approximated time on the actual day of the event, the overtime will be billed to client within 24 hours of the event.
The overtime will be billed at $60.00 per hour; AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC does not have a separate hourly rate amount for overtime.
Travel Fee:
Travel fee applies.
The travel fee is calculated per mile, to and from, our location (Surprise, AZ 85379) and the event location.
Need an extra hand or a person with an eye for perfection, beauty, and attention to detail? We can HELP!
This service is designed for clients who wish to have us only decorate one or some aspect(s) of their event.
Our design services may also include event setup and take down services.
Event Consultation:
Our design (decorating service) service includes an event consultation;
During this consultation we will chat about your vision for each design element you wish to have at your event.
Event Design Fee:
AOS Event Design and Rentals LLC's event design services are priced accordingly;
And vary depending on the scope of each design.
After the event consultation, we create your design plans.
The price for the client's design will be included with the design plans.
Delivery & Pickup Fee:
A delivery & pickup fee is apply.
The delivery & pickup fee is calculated per mile, to and from, our location (Surprise, AZ 85379) and the event location.
Do you have party decor you want to use but have no idea how to use it? We got you!
This service is designed for clients who wish to use their own decorations and just need a someone (event stylist) to style it.
Our styling services may also include event setup and take down services.
Our styling services do not include cleaning services.
Event Consultation:
Our styling service (decorating service) includes an event consultation;
During this consultation we will discuss how you vision your decor being incorporated into your event.
If you have no idea how you want it we will provide suggestions.
Design plans may also be created to sketch your event.
During the consultation, we will do our best to provide an estimate as to how long it will take us to style your event.
Event Styling Fee:
AOS Event Design and Rentals LLC's event styling services are priced per employee & per hour.
The hourly rate is $80.00 per employee, with a minimum of one employee for two hours per booking.
During the event consultation, AOS Event Design and Rentals LLC will do it's best to provide the client with an estimate on how many hours it will approximately take to style (decorate) the event.

Our event planning, designing, & styling services include a complementary event consultation & design plans.
Event Consultation:
Our event consultation is complementary as long as you book with us (minimum booking amount).
If you decided not to book with us after our design consultation, there will be a $200.00 consultation fee (plus travel fee) due within 24 hours of the date of consultation.
Design Plan(s) a/k/a Sketches:
Please note digital design plan(s) mockup "sketches" and vision board "mood board" are created to depict a somewhat realistic visual of your event.
In some cases, rather than providing the client with digital design mockups, we will provide the client with photographs of the actual intended design plan including showcasing the actual items to be included in lieu of a digital design plan mockup.
Please allow us approximately 7 to 14 business days to complete any design plan(s) after our event consultation; Unless otherwise specified.
Design Plan Modifications:
Fees set by AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC are not absolute; and may be subject to change depending on the availability and cost of materials.
Client may NOT make changes and/or modification after items and/or materials for the client's event have been purchased and/or once the client has booked and signed our contract.
If changes need to be made there may be restocking fees which may apply to the order.
