Rentals can be set up on grass, turf, pavers, and concrete.

Unfortunately we cannot set up on any type of rock, dirt, or gravel.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT SETUP IN PUBLIC PARKS. 

EXTERIOR OR INTERIOR BALLOONS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS RENTAL. 

Organic balloon garland can be booked separately. 

Not safe to use in rain, high winds, or in outdoor temperatures over 85 degrees.

We do not accept cancelation for any reason weather or otherwise. However, we understand that things outside of anyone's control can come up. If there is severe weather the day of your event (rain/high winds/extreme heat) we will cancel your rental; As we are unable to install and it is unsafe to operate this rental under said conditions. Please note, we offer our customers the ability to move their booking to any date within the same calendar year of their initial booking free of charge if we or you cancel the rental due to the weather. The client's deposit will be rolled over the the new booking.
