As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the timely processing of rental orders. Your responsibilities will include receiving and organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, coordinating with the delivery team for distributions, inventory maintenance cleaning, and following safety protocols and best practices for warehouse operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Inventory Maintenance Cleaning:

• Regularly clean and maintain inventory such as tables, chairs, dishes, linens, tents, etc. & storage areas.

Inventory Management:

• Process and organize inventory in the warehouse.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and track rental inventory.
• Ensure items are accounted for before and after deliveries and pickups as well as before and after will call orders.

Order Fulfillment:

• Pick and pack rental orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare orders for delivery and/or customer pick up.

Warehouse Organization:

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
• Follow safety protocols and best practices for warehouse operations.
• Time Efficiency: Work quickly and efficiently to meet order deadlines.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles as needed.

Other: 

• Frequently lift and/or move objects weighing 50+ lbs

Qualifications:

• 18 years and above.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with basic computer systems for inventory management.
• Flexible availability to work some nights and most weekends and/or additional hours during peak seasons.

As a Event Field Specialist (part time) you will be responsible for safely operating a vehicle from AOS' fleet which may include: a commercial van, truck with 16' or 14' trailer, and more depending on the location. You will also contribute on the Delivery/Pick-Up/Installation team by loading, unloading, setting up, and taking down rental equipment. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Abide by all rules and regulations of the road
• Possessing a valid and clear driver's license along with a good driving record
• Adhering to ADOT driving laws & regulations
• Loading and unloading trucks at the warehouse and events sites
• Engaging in the delivery, pick-up, setup, and tear down processes on event site
• Setting up and tearing down rental items both indoor and outdoors
• Interacting with clients and team members in a professional manner
• Preparing for daily scheduled tasks both in the warehouse and on-site
• Ensuring that items are accounted for during deliveries and pickups
• Availability for work, including nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary to meet business demands
• Frequently lift and/or move objects weighing 50+ lbs

Qualifications:

• 18 years and above.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have a valid state Driver’s License (Commercial Driver’s License is not required)
