As a Linen Inventory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the timely processing of rental orders. Your responsibilities will include:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Wash, dry, steam, press/iron, and fold event linens.
2. Inspect linens for stains, tears, damage, and quality concerns.
3. Spot-treat stains when needed.
4. Prepare linen orders for upcoming events by using linen packaging.
5. Assist with linen order pulling and packing.
6. Sort and organize tablecloths, napkins, runners, and specialty linens.
7. Maintain accurate linen inventory counts.
8. Track damaged or missing inventory and report shortages.
9. Keep laundry and storage areas in warehouse clean and organized.
10. Work with our team to ensure every order leaves showroom-ready and event-ready.

Qualifications:

• 18 years and above.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous laundry, hospitality, warehouse, or event rental experience is a plus, but we will train the right person.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

2. Inspect inventory for damage, stains, missing parts, and quality concerns.
3. Perform minor repairs and touch-ups when needed.
4. Ensure all rental items meet company quality standards before being rented out.
5. Organize warehouse inventory areas and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

• 18 years and above.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous cleaning, warehouse, maintenance, or event rental experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

1. Maintain complete oversight of all company inventory.
2. Conduct regular inventory counts and audits.
3. Track damaged, lost and missing inventory.
4. Monitor inventory levels and report restocking needs.
5. Ensure all rental items are properly labeled, organized, and stored.
6. Maintain accurate inventory records within company software systems.
7. Assist with event order pulling and packing.
8. Assist with will call orders (Pick Ups and Returns).
9. Review, verify and quality control all orders before they leave the warehouse for will call or delivery.
10. Ensure rental quantities match packing lists/ pick list.
11. Follow quality control procedures to minimize order errors.
12. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and showroom.
13. Oversea warehouse organization system is being followed.
14. Ensure all equipment is stored properly.
15. Monitor warehouse safety standards and equipment maintenance.
16. Confirm all items are clean, functional, and event-ready.

As an Event Field Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company and the timely processing of rental orders. Your responsibilities will include:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Loading and unloading vehicle  at the warehouse and events sites.
2. Engaging in the delivery, pick-up, setup, and tear down processes on event site.
3. Setting up and tearing down rental items both indoor and outdoors as needed per floor plan.
4. Interacting with clients and team members in a professional manner.
5. Ensure correct items are delivered and picked up according to order pick list.
6. Frequently lift and/or move objects weighing 75+ lbs.
7. If item is damaged complete repair form. 
8. Clean vehicle and trailer after every shift.
9. Assist with inspection and restocking of event emergency kit. 
10. Follow all safety and quality standards. 

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning, warehouse, maintenance, or event rental experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

As a Driver (part time) you will be responsible for safely operating a vehicle from AOS' fleet which may include: a commercial van, van/truck with 16' or 14' trailer, box truck and more. You will also contribute on the Delivery/Pick-Up/Installation team by loading, unloading, setting up, and taking down rental equipment. Your responsibilities will include:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Abide by all rules and regulations of the road.
2. Possessing a valid and clear driver's license along with a good driving record.
3. Adhere to all ADOT, City, County and State driving laws & regulations.
4. Loading and unloading vehicles at the warehouse and events sites.
5. Secure every load properly and safely. 
6. Ensure all space is maximized while loading all necessary items.  
7. Inspect and maintain trailer and vehicle as needed to ensure safety on all trips.
8. Inspect, restock and maintain emergency kit in all vehicles. 
9. Engaging in the delivery, pick-up, setup, and tear down processes on event site.
10. Setting up and tearing down rental items both indoor and outdoors as needed per floor plan.
11. Interacting with clients and team members in a professional manner.
12. Ensure correct items are packed, delivered, and picked up according to order pick list.
13. Frequently lift and/or move objects weighing 75+ lbs.
14. For items that require onsite assembly, driver must complete proper checklists before loading and after unloading at warehouse.
15. If item is damaged complete repair form. 
16. Follow all safety and quality standards.
