By booking with AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC the client agrees to, understands and, accepts all of the following terms and conditions:

Scope of Work to be Performed by AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC:

The specific scope of AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC service will be outlined on the agreement (contract) prepared by AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC and entered in by AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC and the client.

Event Consultation: AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC's event consultation is complementary as long as client books with AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC (minimum booking amount is $200.00). If client decides not to book with AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC; after the consultation, there will be a $200.00 consultation fee due from client within 24 hours of the date of consultation.

Design Plan(s): Please note digital design plan(s) mockup "sketches" and vision board "mood board" are created to depict a somewhat realistic visual of the client's event. In some cases, rather than providing the client with digital design mockups, AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC will provide the client with photographs of the actual intended design plan including showcasing the actual items to be included in lieu of a digital design plan mockup. Please allow AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC approximately 7 to 14 business days, unless otherwise specified, to complete any design plan(s) and/or mood board(s); after the event consultation.

Design Plan Modifications: Fees set by AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC are not absolute; and may be subject to change depending on the availability and cost of materials. Client may NOT make changes and/or modification after items and/or materials for the client's event have been purchased and/or once the client has booked and signed our contract. If changes need to be made there may be restocking fees which may apply to the order.

Non-Refundable Deposit: At the time of signing the agreement, the client shall pay a non-refundable deposit (retainer fee) in the amount of 20% to AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC for the services. The deposit will be subtracted from the total payment owed by the client. This deposit cannot be transferred to a different date or booking. If a cancelation is necessary, client will NOT be refunded their non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation: AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC does not offer refund, transfer, cancellation, return, or exchange options, regardless of the reason (weather or otherwise). 

Payment: All charges must be paid in full by client no later than on the date of service. Please note AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC accepts the following methods of payment: all major credit & debit cards; AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC does not accept cash, PayPal, or payment apps.

Travel Fee: A travel fee applies to any service rendered by AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC. The travel fee is calculated per mile, to and from, Surprise, AZ (85379) and the event location.

Additional Add On, Last Minute, and/or Unexpected Day of Expenses: Any unexpected expenses acquired by AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC on day of event will be billed to client 24 hours after their event. These include any expense and/or cost not already agreed upon in the agreement.

Time Frame: Client shall ensure the availability of the event space (private residence and or venue) to AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC, which allows ample time to provide the corresponding service.

Photographs & Videos: Client grants AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC permission to capture, take, and use photographs and videos of their event, image, and likeness,  for any legal use, including, but not limited to, publicity, copyright purpose, illustration, advertising, trade, promotion, web content, and social media platform content. AOS Event Designs and Rentals shall possess full ownership over the photos, video and any other media material(s).

Service Agreement: AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC shall not be held responsible if any of the expectations of the client are not met by AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC. 

Breach of Contract (DEFAULT): The occurrence of any of the following shall constitute a material default:

a. The failure to make a required payment when due;

b. The failure to make available or deliver the services in the time and manner provided for in the agreement.

AOS Event Designs reserves the right to seek any and all available remedies if client enters into a default on the agreement, up to and including judicial action. 

Performance of Service: The client fully understands and agrees that AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC shall not be responsible or held liable in the event AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC is prohibited from providing event day services due to illness, hospitalization, auto accident, transportation breakdown/disruption, traffic difficulties, acts of God such as hurricanes or inclement weather or other unforeseen incapacitation or other cause of non-arrival on the day of the event. In such circumstances, AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC will make every attempt to notify the client as soon as practical; and to provide for a substitute equal vendor(s) who can provide services if time and resources permit. In any event, AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC, their agents, and assigns shall NOT be held liable for any compensation or any damages (including punitive) due to non-performance of any services resulting from such incapacitations, non-arrival, errors and/or omissions of any type.

Services: The manner in which the service is to be performed and the specific hours to be worked by AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC shall be determined by the client. The client will rely on AOS Event Designs and Rentals to work as many hours as may be reasonably necessary to fulfill AOS Event Designs and Rentals' obligation under the agreement.

EVENT PLANNING: The specific scope of work to be provided by AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC will be outlined on the agreement (contract). AOS Event Design and Rentals LLC's event planning services are priced per employee & per hour. The hourly rate is $100.00 per employee, with a minimum of one employee for two hours per booking. During the event consultation, AOS Event Design and Rentals LLC will do it's best to provide the client with an estimate on how many hours it will approximately take to plan the event. If AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC exceeds the approximated time on the actual day of the event, the overtime will be billed to client within 24 hours of the event. The overtime will be billed at $100.00 per hour; AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC does not have a separate hourly rate amount for overtime.

EVENT COORDINATION: AOS Event Design and Rentals LLC's event coordinating services are priced per employee & per hour. The hourly rate is $80.00 per employee, with a minimum of one employee for two hours per booking. During the event consultation, AOS Event Design and Rentals LLC will do it's best to provide the client with an estimate on how many hours it will approximately take to coordinate the event. If AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC exceeds the approximated time on the actual day of the event, the overtime will be billed to client within 24 hours of the event. The overtime will be billed at $50.00 per hour; AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC does not have a separate hourly rate amount for overtime.

EVENT DESIGN: 

AOS Event Design and Rentals LLC's event design services are priced accordingly; and vary depending on the scope of each design. After the event consultation, we create your design plans. The price for the client's design will be included with the design plans.

EVENT STYLING: AOS Event Design and Rentals LLC's event styling services are priced per employee & per hour. The hourly rate is $80.00 per employee, with a minimum of one employee for two hours per booking. During the event consultation, AOS Event Design and Rentals LLC will do it's best to provide the client with an estimate on how many hours it will approximately take to style (decorate) the event. If AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC exceeds the approximated time on the actual day of the event, the overtime will be billed to client within 24 hours of the event. The overtime will be billed at $80.00 per hour; AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC does not have a separate hourly rate amount for overtime.

SETUP & TAKEDOWN FEE: AOS Event Design and Rentals LLC's setup and takedown services are priced per employee & per hour. The hourly rate is $60.00 per employee, with a minimum of one employee for two hours per booking. During the event consultation, AOS Event Design and Rentals LLC will do it's best to provide the client with an estimate on how many hours it will approximately take to setup and takedown the event. If AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC exceeds the approximated time on the actual day of the event, the overtime will be billed to client within 24 hours of the event. The overtime will be billed at $60.00 per hour; AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC does not have a separate hourly rate amount for overtime.

Condition of Items to be Styled: The client guarantees all items which are provided to AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC for styling are in working order and without defect at the time of delivery to AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC.

Damage, Loss, & Theft: AOS Event Designs and Rentals is not responsible for what happens to the items provided for styling by the client to AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC; once they are styled by AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC. The responsibility for the items remains with the client for the duration of the event. Client must take the necessary precautions to protect the items from damage, inclement weather, and theft.

Agreement Modification: No modification or alteration of the contract shall be considered as executed and enforceable unless otherwise made in writing and signed by the parties.

Hold Harmless & Indemnify: Client agrees to hold AOS Event Designs and Rentals LLC harmless from and against any and all liability, claims, judgements, attorney’s fees and costs of every kind and nature, including but not limited to, injuries or death to persons and damage of property, arising out of the use, maintenance, installation, operation, possession, ownership, or rental of the items rented, despite cause.

Judicial Action:
Any dispute that requires legal resolution or any action arising from or brought under this Contract shall be filed with the proper courts of , to the exclusion of all other venues.
