White Tanks Regional Park is located at

20304 W. White Tank Mountain Road, Waddell, AZ 85355

There is a specific location at the park we use for our events.

If this site is not available on your event date, 

we do have a few other options available.

Park Hours: 

May 1 to October 31:

5:00 am to 9:00 pm daily

November 1 to April 30:

 6:00 am to 8:00 pm daily

Dates:

Reservations are done on first come first serve basis. We recommend booking the park 6+ months in advance.

Reservations can be done for the entire day, multiple days (for desired overnight stay), or for an extended period of time daily.

Hosting an event at this location in the spring, fall, and winter is ideal.

Summer temperatures may be too hot to host an outdoor event in Arizona.

Please note: 

For months in which the temperature is still too hot for outdoor events, this location does have a large concrete area which can accommodate a large tent(s) if needed. 

As well as portable air conditioning units or fans; As power is available on site.
