CLEANING FEE: All rental items already include a cleaning fee. There is no additional fee added to the order.
MULTIPLE DAY RENTALS: All of our rentals are for 24 hours.
Our rentals can be booked for longer in desired.
Additional rental days can be booked at a discounted rate.
DELIVERY, PICKUP & TAXES: Delivery, pickup fee and taxes are separate and are not included in individual rental item price.
WILL CALL (CUSTOMER PICKUP): We offer free of charge will call options for most of our rentals as there are some rentals which cannot be picked up and set up by client alone.
Items that are individually rented do not include setup and takedown.
Delivery of all rentals will be to the nearest entry/exit point, I.E. backyard gate, RV gate, main door,etc.
Delivery of any items any further than that may result in additional delivery fee.
If you wish to rent individual items and have us set them up & take them down for you we can for an additional fee.
Setup & takedown fee is $60.00 per hour per employee.
Our showroom in person consultation is complementary.

Our in person event consultation fee is $100.00 for a one hour in person consultation at the event site.
This fee is due no later than 24 hours after our in person consultation.
Digital design mockups
(vision board "mood board" & floor plans)
can be created for your event.
These mockups are created to depict a somewhat realistic visual of your event aesthetic as well as to provide a logistical blueprint for your event.
Our digital design mockups are $50.00 per mockup.
I.E. event decor mockup & floor plan would count as two mockups.
This service includes floor plan layout, theme curation, color palette selection, and event design mockups.
This fee is due no later than 24 hours after you receive the mockups from us.
DISCLAIMER: Please allow us approximately 7 to 14 business days to complete any digital design mockups after your event consultation; Unless otherwise specified.
We are able to honor minor changes and/or substitutions to any order and/or design plan once a contract has been signed.
That being said, any changes made to an existing order (contract has been signed) will need to equal the same total order dollar amount as before any changes have been made.
I.E. If you signed a contract for an order of $1,000, any changes made must equal or exceed $1,000.
Please note, you may NOT make any changes and/or modifications to your order two weeks (14 calendar days) prior to your event.
