Actual tent size is 20 FT x 20 FT; Minimum space required is 22 FT x 24 FT.
Possible Table Layout Under Tent:
60" Round Tables: Fits about 5 tables with chairs
6 FT Rectangular Tables: Fits about 6 tables with chairs
8 FT Rectangular Tables: Fits about 5 tables with chairs
Multiple tents can be booked and installed next to each other for additional tent space.

Placement of tent cannot be on bove any objects, bushes, trees, second floor decks, or mud.
Tent cannot be setup under any overhanging power-lines, tree branches, or overhanging gazebos.
Client must make sure there is ample space for tent
(22 FT x 24 FT).
Tent placement must be away from water and fire.

We use water barrels to anchor the tent.
Client must have a water source within 50 FT of the setup area.
Client must also have adequate drainage for disposal of the water after the event.

Electrical outlet must be no more than 50 FT from where the tent will be installed.

In the event of extreme weather and/or high wind we will not setup any tent.
