Will Call (Customer Pick-Up/Return)

PLEASE DISREGARD THE TIMES ON THE QUOTE/ORDER. These times are only placeholders; We will reach out to you one-week prior to the event to schedule your actual delivery and pick-up times. At that time, we will give you an estimated delivery time window. This window will take into account the event start time. Pick-up will be coordinated at delivery or after delivery.

Delivery & pick-up does not include set up & takedown.

Set up & takedown can be completed by our team for an additional fee. Set up & takedown must be scheduled ahead of time and not on the time of delivery.

Will Call (Customer Pick-Up/Return)

PICK-UP will be on FRIDAY between 9 AM - 12 PM

DROP OFF will be on MONDAY between 9 AM - 12 PM

***If you require special pick-up and/or drop off hours outside of the above referenced hours there will be a $100 convenience fee assessed to your order.**

The pick-up & drop off location is our warehouse: 13365 W. Foxfire Dr. STE #2 Surprise, AZ. 85378 (Bell Rd. & Grand Ave.)

Please note, there are items in our inventory that do not qualify for will call. (wood tables and chairs, tents, bounce houses, candy cart & marquee letters/numbers)
