Our in person event consultation onsite fee is $150.00+ for a one hour in person consultation at the event site.

We conduct an event site walk through, measure site to suggest event floor plan, offer logistical advice for optimal event layout, offer design suggestions, and answer all your event questions!

This fee is due no later than after in person consultation.

Need a little more hands on experience? Let's meet!

Our complementary event in person showroom consultation is designed to help you address all necessary aspects of you event.


You can see our available rentals in your theme and color palette.


We will discuss the best floor layout specific to your event space.  


We will cover all the rental requirements necessary to successfully execute your event while assisting you in completing your rental checklist.


You will depart from our consultation with confidence, equipped with all the resources necessary to host a memorable event!

IMPORTANT: Delivery/Pick-Up & Will Call INFORMATION

Delivery & Pick-Up

PLEASE DISREGARD THE TIMES ON THE QUOTE/ORDER. 

These times are only placeholders; We will reach out to you one-week prior to the event to schedule your actual delivery and pick-up times. 

At that time, we will give you an estimated delivery time window. 

This window will take into account the event start time. 

Pick-up will be coordinated at delivery or after delivery.


AFTER HOURS SAME DAY PICK-UP 

(Anytime after 3 pm): 

If your order requires same day pick up there will be a $60.00+ assessed to the order.


Delivery & pick-up does not include set up & takedown. 

Set up & takedown can be completed by our team for an additional fee. Set up & takedown must be scheduled ahead of time and not on the time of delivery. 


Will Call (Customer Pick-Up/Return)

Will call PICKUP is on FRIDAYS between 9 AM - 12 PM  

DROP OFF/RETURN is on MONDAYS between 9 AM - 12 PM 

(You will not be charged for multiple days)


***If you require special pick-up and/or drop off hours outside of the above referenced hours there will be a $100 convenience fee assessed to your order.**


The pick-up & drop off location is our warehouse: 

13365 W. Foxfire Dr. STE #2 Surprise, AZ. 85378 (Bell Rd. & Grand Ave. in Surprise, AZ)


The vehicle you are picking up in must be able to accommodate the rentals being picked up.


Please note, there are items in our inventory that do not qualify for will call. (wood tables and chairs, tents, & candy cart)
