As such we can accommodate ALL your event wants & needs; From planning to execution!
This service is designed for clients who wish to have us do everything; While they just worry about showing up and enjoying the day of.

This service is designed for clients who wish to have us do everything; While they just worry about showing up and enjoying the day of.
Consultation
Our event planning service includes a one hour telephonic event consultation;
During this consultation we will talk about the scope of your event, your event wants & needs.
This consultation is complementary as long as you book with us. However, if after our telephonic consultation you decide not to book with us, there will be a $100.00 consultation fee due.
This fee is due no later than 24 hours after the telephonic consultation.
Investment
Our event planning packages start at $1,000.00;
If you prefer to hire us per hour our hourly rate is $100.00 per hour per planner.
Minimum hours per booking is two hours.
These rates are for our planning services only and do not include the cost of your event.

Travel fee applies.
The travel fee is calculated per mile, to and from, our location (Surprise, AZ 85379) and the event location.
Our involvement can be as little or as much as you want!
This service is designed for clients who wish to do the bulk of the event planning themselves, to include hiring their own vendors; However, they want and need someone (coordinator) to coordinate the event & vendors on the day of.

This service is designed for clients who wish to do the bulk of the event planning themselves, to include hiring their own vendors; However, they want and need someone (coordinator) to coordinate the event & vendors on the day of.
Our coordinating services may also include event setup and takedown services, timeline curation, and other services (separate cost); as needed.

Our event coordinating service includes a one hour telephonic event consultation;
During this consultation we will talk about the scope of coordination you desire.
This consultation is complementary as long as you book with us. However, if after our telephonic consultation you decide not to book with us, there will be a $100.00 consultation fee due.
This fee is due no later than 24 hours after the telephonic consultation.
Investment
Our event coordinating services are priced per employee & per hour.
The hourly rate is $80.00 per employee, with a minimum of one employee for two hours per booking.
During the telephonic consultation, we will do our best to provide you with an estimate on how many hours it will approximately take to coordinate your specific event.
If we exceed the approximated time on the actual day of the event, the overtime will be billed to client within 24 hours of the event.
The overtime will be billed at $80.00 per hour; We do not have a separate hourly rate amount for overtime.

Need a hand with concept creation, theme selection, color pallet curation and/or event decorating?
This service is designed for clients who wish to do all the planning and coordinating themselves BUT need help with decorating one part or their entire event.
